Don't worry so much it will come as time goes on. Just make sure you watch your calorie intake and try to stay at your 1200 calorie limit. If you go over once in a while it's ok. Just relax and you WILL get the hang of it. That is why we are all here; to help those who need it. Sometime those of us who have been on here…

This is how I do it. I eat as close to 1200 calorie as possible and leave the calories that I earn when I exercise alone. There are days however that I do go over 1200 because I want a day that I eat what I want, but I still stay within my calorie alotment.

Don't give up the foods you love just eat them less often and smaller portions. I am at the point where I look forward to working out because of the feeling I get afterwards. I feel tired, yes, but it's a good tired. I have so many people that are supporting me and I have a sister who is working very hard to improve…

Sounds good, I'm in. Have been walking/running on my treadmill since 6-13-2012 and then started doing hand weights.

I am walking twice a day everyday and weighed myself and haven't lost any weight either but I am losing inches and can feel it. You may not be losing but you could be losing inches. Start measuring yourself every two weeks, if there isn't any change then mention it to you doctor. I'm sure there isn't anything to worry…

Walking is the way I am loosing weight. I am using a treadmill though. I am up to 4 miles a day and increasing every few days. I have bad knees and don't want to start running and end up having more knee surgery. Keep up the good work and don't give up. Angela

Hi my name is Angi and I would like to be your friend, so please feel free to add me. I have been over weight most of my adult life and need to lose 120 pounds. It is always easier to lose weight if you have friends to help along the way.

I have a sister that would sabotage a a rescue if she could. Don't listen to those who think you are now too thin. What is perfect for you (170) is none of their buisness. As long as you are healthy and your doctor agrees, poo, poo on your supposed support people. Keep going you are doing a GREAT!!! job. Congraulations on…

What is C25k for treadmill?

Not to be mean, but in reality as you get older it IS harder to lose the weight. DON'T GIVE UP!!!! And you also have to take into consideration that muscle will add weight and with all the exercise you have been doing you are gaining muscle, that's a good thing. Switch up your exercises. Walk a couple of miles every other…

:flowerforyou: The only thing I can tell you is forget the scale. Start measuring yourself. You can loose inches but not loose any weight. I know how frustrating it can be. I have been overweight most of my adult life. I have gone from diet to diet. One thing I am sure of though is, if you are doing all the exercising you…
