I've been doing MFP on and off for about a year.. but have been diligent with it for the past 4 months. Honestly, I LOVE getting to see exactly what I'm putting in my body and holding myself accountable for things. At this point I'm only a pound or two away from where I want to be.. but I don't see myself stopping counting…

I just have one tiny one on the back of my upper leg.. so you can only see it if I'm wearing my bikini or short shorts. I love it though! About to get another bigger tattoo on my back/side in October. My boyfriend is a tattoo artist. haha I'm 23 and I'm an elementary art teacher.

Arctic Zero - an entire pint for 150 calories. The chocolate flavor tastes like legit chocolate ice cream to me!

I haven't had a period in 3 months (going on 4 months) now. Pretty sure this is a direct result from my weight loss and diet change.

I log EVERYTHING. Even if it's just a bite. You can always figure out about how much of something you had and change your portion size when you count the calories. It's crazy how small stuff like that actually adds up.

Anytime I get emotional... Whether it's really happy or really sad. I've found the only thing that is really effective for me is to catch myself either before I even start eating... or shortly after I have and identify that I am binging (or am about to) - then find something to distract myself. I eat 1500 calories a day and enjoy spreading them out all day. I typically eat every 2 hours or so because that's how often I start feeling hungry again. I used to go maybe 2 or 3 times weekly at best and suffered from IBS. Then I changed my diet... Now I no longer suffer from IBS and usually go at least once in the morning. Oddly enough... it's probably my favorite part of the morning. Knowing my body is digesting normally reduces my anxiety.

Hahaha I sooo relate to this! For the first time in my life I can really feel my hip bones and I LOVEEEEE it. :D I'm constantly touching them (in a non-creepy way) hah.

If I have room for drinking at the end of my day.. then yes.. but if I'm already getting close to my limit or I know that I'll be hungry instead later.. I won't. There's only been one time in the past 3 months where I've just been - "screw it!!" haha

Completely depends on your body type!! I'm 5'5 and 131lbs. Based on my hip measurements I wear a size 2-4... but based on my waist I wear a 6-8. Some people have smaller waists... others don't.
