Maybe not "fat".. but I sure as hell feel like it some days! This was after having a child and fluctuating from 171 (at my highest pregnancy weight).. to 143... to 162.. to 130. These pictures were from around 133. I'm 5'5

I had a breast augmentation last June and it was the best decision I ever made. I couldn't even fill an A cup and eventually found out that I had 'tuberous breast deformity'.. which is why my boobs always looked weird to me, I had no self-confidence in my clothes, and couldn't breastfeed my son (hardly ANY milk production…

I'm in a similar boat. I haven't had a regular period in a few months as well. In March it was 2 weeks late.. in June I just didn't have one.. and we'll see about this month in a week or so. It's weird though.. because the week before I normally get my period I'm still having my usual PMS stuff going on.. face breaks out…

Maybe eat more of days like today.. and less on days when you don't have to work till later. It'll average itself out. :)

Best way to handle my love for sweets -- Cut up a gala apple into slices and lay them out on a plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and a light drizzle of Walden Farms Caramel sauce (0 calories), and microwave for 2 minutes. It tastes JUST like the inside of an apple pie!! I had that this morning on top of 2 Kashi 7-grain waffles…

So I've been eating at 1450-1500 and have begun losing weight again. I broke my plateau this morning and was 129.8! Looking forward to eating more and losing weight! :D

I'm in the same boat! Stuck at 130-131 and have been for a couple weeks now. :/ I've upped my workouts and my calorie intake.. Hopefully it'll help. I was doing 1200 calories for the past few months.. but now I'm doing 1450.

Woke up this morning about just about where I've been. Not sure why but in my head I imagined that once I upped my calories by about 300 I would instantly gain back the 30lbs I lost. haha Delusions of a MFP'er! ;)

I try to save about 200-300 calories for night time just for this reason. My boyfriend and I LOVE making popcorn at night. We share a bag of the 94% fat free popcorn which is about 120-130 calories each. I love it cause it feels like you get to eat foreverrrrr if you eat it one piece at a time!

2- Kashi 7 Grain Waffles (150 calories and tons of fiber) with Sugar-free IHOP syrup (15 cal for 1/4 cup). YUMMMMMMMM. If I'm still hungry I like eating some dry cereal with a few almonds as well or an apple!

It really depends on what approach to weight loss you want to take. I lost 2+ lbs a week and had a 30 lb weight loss JUST by doing the 1200 calorie a day thing (HEALTHY foods though) with no real exercise plan. Just recently plateaued though at 131lbs and now am upping my calories and working out 5x a week. We'll see if…

Love both! Arctic Zero is my thing right now though! Love LOVE LOVE the chocolate flavor!! And only 150 calories for the pint.

I never had a single stretch mark on my body until I was 8 months pregnant with my son. Then I got them on my tummy, both my sides, and REALLY deep ugly ones on my upper thighs. It's been nearly 4 years and they still suck. Faded .. sure.. but still there none the less. It's just an ugly fact of life. :\

My new favorite 'sweet' treat... Take a gala apple.. core it and cut it up into little pieces. Sprinkle some cinnamon on it (sometimes I add a little splenda too) and pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes. If I'm really wanting to pump it up some I'll take 2 of my son's cinnamon animal cracker cookies and crush them over…

Well I'll be sure to post my progress! :) Really hoping this helps!

1. Did you eat the number of calories that MFP recommended to lose max weight or something higher? If more, how much more? Ate 1200 a day (sometimes between 1000-1200) everyday for a few months. Just bumped it up to 1350. 2. Did you eat your exercise calories back or not? Honestly during most of my weight loss I hardly…

Welcome to the world of soy.

I was unable to breastfeed... so losing the weight took me a bit longer I think. They say if you gain the pregnancy weight in 9 months.. that you should give yourself 9 months to lose it. This actually seems to be pretty valid. --At least it was for me. Number one thing I would advise is DO NOT try to go buy cute jeans…

floral for sure! you look great!!

You look absolutely amazing!! Great Job! Such an inspiration! :)

Make sure that you are readjusting your caloric intake for your new weight and not have it based on your old weight. When you lose weight, your body doesn't need as many calories to function at the same levels. This is why many people have that plateau effect.
