My challenge for this week...a little late, but this is what i've been doing since wed anyway.... Cardio- 4000 calories and to make my days as active as possible. One more idea....eliminating the team aspect might make everything easier. The teams were put in to motivate, but if we were in one big group MAYBE it would be just as motivating. It would eliminate the problem of people dropping out or of team captains not getting everyone's point tallys and weights. I don't know how…

Love all of your ideas, Karie. Thanks for all your hard work. Regarding group size....It would be great if we were all on the same forum (One group page would make it easier for us to motivate one another.), OR if our groups were a little bigger, to help to keep the group forum pages a little livelier.

Con-interference from electronics can cause HUGE discrepancies in heart rate and therefore in calories burned. Mine gets interference from treadmill, cell phone, tv, pretty much anything. But it's great for outside.

Is anyone interested in a part two to this challenge? I'll be sad to see this one finish. It would be great if we could 'graduate' a group of us to a second set of challenges. I would love to see something with calorie burn tracking and weekly goals in various areas. Is anyone up for this?

I agree, the explanations were very wordy! I took a look, but gave up reading. Not sure if I am going to be able to get those done. Definitely not the way that was suggested (rest days in between). Hey everyone! Did all the physical challenges this week and stayed under calories but didn't drink enough water. I tend to struggle with my water intake quite a bit, so I'm going to really have to push myself to drink what I need. Looking forward to seeing how everyone else did.
