It does count towards your water.

One proposed treatment for cellulite is to use a dry body brush. The idea is to scrub the thighs and buttocks vigorously with the brush to promote nutrients and remove toxins from the skin. Even if the treatment could achieve that goal, the underlying problem is that cellulite is not caused by a buildup of toxins. It's…

I had my son at 21 years old. My heaviest weight was two years ago at 156 pounds. I am now 120 pounds and 38 years old. My lower abdominal area is flabby stretch marked loose skin, no matter how much weight I lose, and no matter how many ab exercises I do. It is most disappointing. Hopefully because you are young and…

The bread is high sodium so I no longer eat there at all.

Congrats!!!

Looks similar to how I eat.

Eat them because your diary is already reduced by 500 calories. See my 'About Me' for my tips.

I love your costume pictures and got a good chuckle from the big bird one. So cute! I have gone before as an angel and have one for Cleopatra. My fiance would like to get an authentic looking Wonder Woman costume for me, and he would only dress up if he had the authentic Christian Bale Batman costume. :-) That would be…

I just read yesterday about a study done on older women who had a slightly higher risk of dying when they were long term regular multivitamin takers. Scary. Try to get as much as possible from whole foods and only supplement what you absolutely have to, and under doctor advisement.

Veggie burger topped with grilled eggplant, zucchini, & red pepper on whole grain bread with a side of carrot sticks and 1 oz. of raw almonds. And water as always.

Tummy is smaller looking in the after shot, shirt isn't pulled too tight over it like in the before shot, and arm looks smaller holding the phone.

MFP tells you 1200 because it is removing 500 calories from what your normal maintenance calorie intake should be, but can not go below 1200. So on non-exercise days, you should consume the 1200 calories to lose weight. On exercise days, you should consume the 1200 PLUS the exercise calories burned to lose weight.

Yes, I have been since reaching my goal over a year ago. It took me 7 months of using this site prior to that to reach my goal.

I am 5' 6.5", 122 pounds, with 34 C chest, 27" waist, 37" hips, and I buy size 4 bottoms which are too big in the waist. Size two fit in the waist, but are too snug below. I buy size small tops and dresses. I think our sizes are larger than other countries sizing. I tried on a German dress that was supposed to convert to…

I'm sorry for your loss and will send a prayer for Lisa along with her family and friends like yourself.

Congrats! The downside of going from a size 10/12 to a size 2/4 is the cost of buying new clothes when you do not have the money. But I wouldn't give it up just for that. Someday I will have the money to be properly dressed again.

Depending on how hard you are working out, you should work rest days in as well. Right now we are doing 4 days on, 1 day off for cardio and strength training.

* I eat all of my exercise calories most of the time. * I always make sure my net calories are above 1200. * If it becomes difficult to eat all of my exercise calories, like in the summer when we are bicycling, I cut back on exercising, rather than consuming high calorie unhealthy food.

Consumer Reports showed that those green bags only keep bananas fresher longer. Everything else was either the same, or actually rotted faster. I keep lemons, pears and bananas on the counter until the bananas and pears are ripe, then I move the pears to the fridge, and the peeled, bagged, bananas to the freezer for…

I eat less than 1500 mg. per day because I have kidney stones. I have to limit my protein to 15% of my calories as well. I passed my first stone at age 30, and have passed three since, each requiring an ER visit. I have one to go, so I manage my diet very strictly.

MFP is telling you how many to eat to lose weight. So 1280 is 500 less then what you would need to eat to maintain your current weight. And any exercise calories you burn, you will need to eat on top of that 1280, otherwise you would have a deficit and could slow your metabolism.

Steel cut oats with chopped apple, pure maple syrup, chopped walnuts, cinnamon & flax seed.

Any fresh fruit or vegetables. I eat vegan and my morning (spinach, romaine, pear, banana, apple, & lemon juice) smoothie has 1100 mg.

No!!! Athletic types, or muscular types will weigh more and their BMIs will show they are overweight. My fiance has a 14% bodyfat and an overweight BMI. It all depends on body type and build. (He's muscular)

I love to drink frozen slushy type things when I have a severe sore throat and can barely swallow. It helps ease the pain temporarily. Something like orange sherbert with Sprite works. You should see a doctor though, because strep can cause permanent problems.

* I highly recommend using a chest strap heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT4, but have heard good things about the newer Polar FT7. * At home, I weigh everything I eat in kilograms or ounces. * I eat all of my exercise calories most of the time. * I always make sure my net calories are above 1200. (1500 - 1800 for a…

I sometimes see 1500, but mainly 1800 as the minimum. You could post something to the feed that goes to them to ask them why they allow it. Maybe they are going by the 1500.

Read my 'About Me' for things that worked for me. Good luck! :-)
