weighing in more or less isnt going to change your results, your food and activity will. i just get a confidence boost every morning when its less than the day before, and if it goes up i know i need to have a very nutritious day. i think if i weighed less often i would lose sight of my goals

every morning when i get up, which is around 7 am to 9 am its been consistently going down since i started eating 1200 cals a day...12 pounds down from july 1 to august 1

i ordered insanity, got it early june, but i only lasted one week. it was hard on my knees(i guess because im big and outta shape) i also cant do a push up. ive thought about getting p90x to do before i pick up insanity again.... any suggestions?

i ordered insanity and got it early june i think i need to slim down abit before i pick it back up again because it hurt my knees. but i did it about a week and a half and already was going down on my measurements. hard thing is i couldnt do a lot of it like the push ups :(

also quinoa pancakes, i dont remember the recipe off hand but i got it from self magazine, i know there are lots of variations i think it had quinoa, and egg, milk and a tiny bit of flour, and maybe some honey to sweeten it. was very good add some fresh fruit and cinnamon or peanut butter instead of syrup.

lots of veggies, i switched to low fat and fat free cheeses. limit junk food to once a week, and watch what you drink. its easy to consume hundreds of cals in drinks alone. i also go to bed hungry sometimes, esp on days with lots of physical activity. also try drinking a large glass of water before you eat each meal.

i also got insanity, but at this point its way to hard. and kills my knees. i plan to pick it back up when i loose about 30lbs.
