This is my second attempt at P90X. I started one in Oct 08, but I had an injury while on vaca learing to serf :grumble: and switched to running. I did 10 mils race in March, got fluffy (as usual, I am a weird one in that respect) did a round of Slim Series to lean out a bit, and started P90X again. I am determined to…

Hi, there! That's a great picture of you and your baby - love it! This is a third week phase 1 for me, and I am starting to think that I am really looking forward to recovery week  is this your first round? or have you done P90X before?
-
Had a late night last night - We had David Byrne concert and a party afterward, so I am going to playometrics tonight! Tere, where are you?

Walking does squat for me also. I used to run a lot, I strangely gain weight when I do long distance. I am trying to run intervals too, the preset Polar intervals setting are very limiting, especially the lower HR, I will try to tweak that. my heart rate goes quickly inot 140+ but to get it back to 120 for the slow part I…

Hi, Banks! I have Polar, and unlike other's experiences, mine shows very few calories. I think I am working like a mule, and I barely burning 200 cals according to that unfeeling device! If I have to take 80 out on the top of that - I might as well not eat at all (just kidding):blushing:  So, my question:…

Long time no post! I injured my elbow last fall and decided to run for a while. There is really not much to write about when you run. Left, right, left, right! I am joking of cause – running is a great exercise, and I have great company when I train and spend more time outside, which kept me flu and cold free through the…

This is a great idea! There are many things I should be grateful for First five that come to mind are: - I am happy that I still have a job. - I am happy that I am back with exercise. -I am happy that I can learn from my mistakes and get back on the wagon. -I am happy that most of the time I have the motivation to improve…

Hello people!!!! Sorry to have disappear like that. I am good, had a few months where I was a bit off the wagon - no terribly though. I was injured, too messed up in my head with fear of what's going in my industry and economy in general, tired from renovation and too frustrated with coaching not going for me. Lots of…
