  • @quiltingjaine, IMO, most cravings are linked to vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Dill pickles? Probably an electrolyte. Mayo? Maybe not enough fat intake. Cheese? Calcium? Recently I've read that craving cheese could be omega 3 deficiency. I've just gotten to the cause of my own strange craving.
