Thank you. It is great to think I will be a 10-12. I have not been that size in a VERY long time. I am hoping by the end of this year to see this goal met, then onto the next one. I love where some of you have put I WAS........what an encouraging word!!! We are all heading in the right direction.

5'6 and 190lbs, I am in size Large top, and size 16 pants, although they are just starting to get loose.

I have slowly been increasing my calories over the last few weeks. I was eating on average 1150-1250 per day. The first week I went to 1350 per day. The second week i increased to 1450 per day. During this time I have lost 4 lbs!! So the increase was a very positive thing:))) This week I plan on going to 1550 and staying…

I usually ate half my calories back from exercise. I found if I didn't my weight loss either slowed down, or stopped. I have recently broken a plateau by eating them all back!

This is fantastic news! Keep up the good work.

I try to keep to carbs 65% fat 15% protein 20%. This works well for me. I lose on average 1lb a week.

I had a total Hysterectomy a few years ago and am no longer on hormones. I have found it easier since not taking the hormones. I have never lost as much weight as over the last 8 months:)))

Wow, you look amazing!! You are an inspiration! I started Dr Esselstyns way of eating 8 months ago, and can honestly say I have never felt better. I thought it would be difficult to give up meat, dairy, and oil, but it was not bad at all. I now cook loads more, and love it!. My family all eat this way too, including my 13…

Bump.

I started on here July 1st, I have lost 50lbs total, 10lbs before starting mfp.

Eating too many processed carbs are the problem. If your carbs are coming from veg, beans, oats, rice etc you will not have a problem. I eat a solely plant based diet. Carbs being 60-70%. Before starting this 8 months ago my blood sugar was borderline and my cholesterol was high. I have just had blood work done and both…

From Liverpool, but live in Florida, does that count?!!?

I have lost 40lbs using this site. I started July 1st 2011.

No one noticed for me till I had lost 30lbs, and then it was only one person! More people have noticed now I have lost 40lbs. I think it depends how much you have to lose. I still have 25-30lbs to go.

Congratulations!! What a great feeling!! I hit ONEderland this morning too! I can't believe it, I never thought I would see this weight again!! ..Happy dance!!!

I seem to have hit a plateau too. I have been up and down the same 2lbs for the last month. I have lost 33 lbs in 5.5 months while on MFP. I still have 30-40lbs to go!! I exercise 5-6 days a week and eat back at least 50% of my exercise calories. I think it's time to change thing up, but I'm not sure how to go about it.…

You have not let anyone down. When you feel better you just carry on. I don't feel at all well myself today, I won't be shredding either. I will carry on again on Monday.

Great results!!

Thanks for the encouragement. Great blog! I dont mind too much if I dont lose a lot of weight. I want inches more than anything, so I hope they start changing on level 2. As there was little change on level one.

WOW, what a difference! You are an inspiration!

Level 2 day 2 done!! I am finding this level very hard, but I WILL keep going. At 10 days in and level 1 completed, I had gained 2.5lbs total and no inches lost. At 12 days in I have lost the 2.5lbs gained and lost an inch and a half total. Not great results YET! I am just 1.7lbs from ONEderland! So frustrating!!! I will…

Great job, I wasn't expecting it to be as bigger jump up as it was. I found it very hard! You can do it, I didn't think I could do it again today, but, I did and I was able to go a little longer.:)

Can't believe I completed day 1 on level 2. I found it really hard!! I thought it was a big step up from level 1. The plank work was the hardest thing, that needs a lot of improvement!

I eat lots of carbs. I avoid simple carbs and eat whole grains complex carbs.

This is the first time I have done any workout like this. What you have described is just how I feel. Before starting this I was just doing Zumba and treadmill 5 days a week. I am doing the shred 6 days a week. I am going to stick with it, and hope by the end of 30 days I see results. I am just 2lbs off Onederland too, so…

Level 1 day 10 completed. I am discouraged at the 10 day mark with my results. I have gained a pound and not lost any inches!!:(( I was going to stay on level 1 a few more days, but I think a will move to level 2 tomorrow.

Way to go!!
