you can order pb2 from canada, in fact its in ontario where you are from, as well as peanut flour i usually get pb2 from bell plantation or ebay and they havent charged me duties, but get it from lowcarbcanada.ca especially since youre so close

yes they were, thanks for the tip! the fluff would taste amazing, i thought i was being bad while drinking it, it was so sweet and tasty also i used a magic bullet so not sure if thats ok

i just tried this but with blueberries instead of ice, didnt work, but it was my first attempt at protein fluff and i probably had the wrong kind of protein powder. it did make one tasty smoothie tho, YUM!

i made the switch to save a few grams of sugar in my coffee, i still love milk but dont miss it at all in my coffee, try it! almond breeze unsweetened vanilla is my fave

sorry how is 1500 maintenance cals?? you should be eating at least 1830 with your stats, or more depending on your exercise

i turned 30 in june, just feels like a new era, not the oldest of the 20s anymore, but the youngest of the 30s i can safely say tho im in the best shape of my life and feel better than i did at 18, so who cares if im 30!

true losses are often masked by water retention and waste. i always get discouraged too and then all of the sudden i lose 5lb in one night, putting me right back on track. always remember, things are happening underneath even if the scale says otherwise
