lulz. it would be silly not to log fruit, one little plum is like 50 cals... even veggie cals add up FAST i can easily eat 200 cals of broccoli and cauli, why wouldn't you log that??

i make a wicked tuna salad with plain fat free greek yogurt, so it should work for chicken too...real mayo is better tho

a few of the bolthouse farms yogurt dressings are low cal and low sodium, they are yummy!

i just dont believe bodymedia, by eating 250 deficit i maintained for 6 months, went back to logging mfp style and started losing again

i run intervals with my chihuahua, i dont think i would make him run a whole 5k or anything but hes a great interval running partner. i didnt really have to train him, hes all stoked to do it on his own. i would start with intervals and build up but i dont think id take a small pup.
