You will do fine...just use the last 1 and a 1/2 months for some motivation but stay away from the starvation mode. Make sure your eating enough to sustain your exercise routine and you will do great!!! Good Luck

I was in for 2 years in the infantry. I got out because I hurt my knee in training. That was the cause for the weight gain the the 2 years I have been out. I am 5'10" with a 44 inch waist and an 18 inch neck.

When I first started my weight loss goals it was very easy to avoid junk food I/E candy, doughnuts, coffee, soda....etc Now it hard to stay away from them. Any suggestions on how to destroy the want?

I joined to help me keep track of my weight loss goals. Although I am not really trying to lose alot of weight, just inches off the ol' gut lol. I had to work up to it. I run 2-4 miles a day continuous. When I am done with that than I hit the weights, I start off with doing a few sets or more with multiple reps. When I am done with one type of weights I run around the track (quarter mile track) 2 times than hit a different type of weights. I do this for about a…
