Question about counting calories
So when I eat something I add it to my food diary and I was wondering if lets say I get to 100 calories away from eating my maximum for the day but then I work out and burn 500 calories and my maximum calorie count says I can now eat another 600 (100 left + 500 burned) Should I eat those calories back? (Kind of unsure how…

Is it hard for any of you to eat the recommended calories in
I find it hard to eat the amount of calories suggested for my size. I am usually under by 500 calories or so.

According to my exercise log that is how much I burned last week....I don't log food with everything so it is kinda off balanced. That is because I don't know the brands of the food I eat. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Stuck on a plateau
I have been stuck at the same weight for about a week and thats not a big deal really. I am gaining muscle from weight training but my gut doesn't get smaller like I want. Jog to the gym
If you live close enough to your local gym. Try jogging there. I live about 3 miles from mine and I am going to start jogging there for some cardio than hit the bicycles. Than to my weight training.

I joined to help me keep track of my weight loss goals. Although I am not really trying to lose alot of weight, just inches off the ol' gut lol. How to stay away from junk food?
When I first started my weight loss goals it was very easy to avoid junk food I/E candy, doughnuts, coffee, soda....etc Now it hard to stay away from them. Any suggestions on how to destroy the want?
