Jog to the gym

If you live close enough to your local gym. Try jogging there. I live about 3 miles from mine and I am going to start jogging there for some cardio than hit the bicycles. Than to my weight training.

    I walk to mine.
    Does that count?

    It's in the bottom of the building where I work. And the only way to access it is the elevators. (For security reasons, the stairwells are locked tight.)

    Everyday I walk to my gym, it's about two blocks away! But it really warms me up for my workout.

    I usually bike to mine -- I love it because it gets my HR up before I get there and I can hit hte weights right away. Also, even better, it's a slight downhill grade the whole way home!

    wow that is great that you all are able to. The road to mine is down a steep hill than it is just small hills than another giant hill than it evens off in town. 3 miles though....I am surprised I have enough energy to actually hit the weights lol. I have tons more energy since I started my workouts. How about all of you?
