running/jogging same difference

So I should be looking for a running shoe and likely a 2nd shoe for my indoor weight lifting/elliptical work outs?
-
Even if I jog for just part of it? I hate running lol

If not, you can always get a tummy tuck. They aren't too expensive. ;)

My ducks just started laying so I've been in love with frying the duck eggs and making a sandwich with a buttload of cheese and a side of catsup. NOM It's been my breakfast all week.

It's best to weigh in after you wake up and after you poop!

That's a hard habit to kick. I went from drinking that sugary creamer stuff to heavy whipping cream and sweet n low to now just black with sweet n low. It can be done! Takes time and patience. Just gotta lower the amount of cream little by little. It's not like the fake sugar is any better but it has less calories. Good…

You eat as much in a day as I eat at breakfast. EAT MORE! Try almonds....eat peanut butter with your apple slices, trail mix....eat some cheese.

Really? No one?

I'd talk to your doctor....At that point, it's a medical concern.

Looking at your diary, I would cut out a lot of the added sugar you've been consuming. That should help.

The pre-op diet is a liquid diet to help shrink their liver for the surgery. Anybody can lose weight on a liquid diet. Just like using equipment at the gym, WLS is a TOOL. It doesn't fix brain issues that cause you to overeat, but it can be used to help lose the weight. I would not recommend anyone to get any surgery until…

Make a crockpot of something each weekend anything is good for lunch. If you have a microwave at work the possibilities are endless. Pork roast turkey rice soup. Saurkraut and kielbasa.

It's the INTERNET. Thousands of people with thousands of opinions. If you can't handle some disagreement and people defending their beliefs, I would suggest reading a book and selling your computer. Let it roll off your back. And starting a whole new thread just to whine, screams DRAMA QUEEN to me.

Who cares what other people think? You gotta eat!

You need to worry about ADDED sugars, not natural sugars...unless you are going crazy overboard and eating 12 bags of dried apricots a day or something. Sugars from fruits, milk, etc aren't bad for you if you aren't overdoing it. It's the stuff that is added to many processed foods that you should be limiting. It's hard to…

I love this!

It absolutely pisses me off when people (ESPECIALLY the childless by choice people) say that they don't have kids for selfish reasons. It's NOT selfish to enjoy sleeping in or to not want added responsibilities. You had no obligation to change from the beginning so it's not selfish to begin with...once you do produce…
