Fair point the others make. You must have also been exercising a lot to continue to lose weight. No exercise + 4/5000 calories = putting on weight. Fact!

Hi Terry, I'm in. I need to be after my abortive attempt at the Euro's ;-) My ankle should be ok with this too. I work on the 5th floor of my building so will try to do the walk three times a day minimum. I'm starting with One Canada Square. Cheers Karl
