LMAO! ^^^^ This FTW. Sucralose - doesn't cause me to bloat like a body in a river for 3 days. Sugar - does. Stevia - tastes bitter, not sweet. But then again, I'm one of those people that thinks cilantro tastes like soap too.

I think that's what bothers me the most in the main forum. "You are not a special snowflake." Everyone's body is different, that's like saying no one can have PCOS, diabetes, thyroid issues, a food allergy, a combination of things, etc. If I eat a doughnut or a sub sandwich, I'm going to need a 3-4 hour nap because of how…

I just finished off a cup and a half of marshmallow and chocolate flavored ice cream (used LorAnn Flavoring Oils)... a whopping 50 calories for the whole thing! Almond milk is a great. Plus, you get a workout just shaking the container for about 6-7 minutes.

Fellow low-carber, sent a friend request. I found this on Pinterest, and it's my new inspiration for meals & snacks: http://pinterest.com/pinesnpickets/low-carb-recipes-stuff/ Warning - it's graphic food porn.

I've had mine for about 2 weeks, and it's been pretty motivational. I do about 20-30k steps per day (sometimes more, sometimes less) and if I'm close to doing 100 flights of stairs, I'll get off my duff and run up and down until I get to 100. When biking or weight lifting though, I'll still rely on my Polar FT60 HRM.

I wanted one, but I didn't want to buy one, so I waited for my birthday. It's been 2 weeks, and so far, I really like it! It's motivated me to move more than I would have, and push myself just a little further than I would have done on my own. The sleep feature I could probably live without, often times I don't use it…

Breaking Bad. Just started watching the series this week.

Hate Cilantro (agree, tastes like soap) -- love coriander seed. Can't believe it's from the same plant.

(jk, of course)

Brie. Avocado. Kale. Tofu. Spinach. Turnips. Brussel sprouts. Broccoli. I've got a long list of foods I avoid like the plague.

When people haven't logged in for weeks -- pretty much shows they've given up. I've been fortunate enough to not run into any seriously disturbing people.

I ❤ River Song.

Both of my now 5-year-old fraternal twin sons were diagnosed as being on the ASD spectrum when they were 18 months old, however, the one I suspected there was something wrong at 12 months. The one twin with the more severe ASD also has texture sensitivities so I could never try the GAPS diet on him. In fact, I'm still…

If you're not adverse to dairy -- cheese! Higher in calories, low carb. Chicken is a good source of calories & also low carb.

I'm in, easy peasy for me, I drink about 168oz a day, filling my water bottle 7x's or more. I <3 4C Wildberry Pomegranate drink mix, 0 calories, 0 carbs, and I can chug it faster than plain water.

A Bruce Campbell avatar... how could we NOT be friends?!?!?

Going to a surgeon to fix what my twins did to my stomach!!!

If you want a little more motivation, it's worth it. I didn't want to buy one, instead got it for my birthday. Liking it so far!

Here and accounted for! Just reached the mid-30's point yesterday.

I love Questbars - I nuke mine in the microwave for about 20 seconds or so to get them soft and I'm good to go. My local GNC has them on sale right now at buy 3, get 1 free (it averaged $2 per bar). You can also find them at the Vitamin Shoppe and online.

^^^This. Drink more water, flush the sodium out of your system.

I'm 5'8.5" - goal weight of 140 pounds, hoping to get into a size 6. Just five more pounds to go!!!

^^^This. I will never have stick figure legs, I have a lot of muscle mass on my thighs and calves, so it's just not going to happen. The best thing you can do is slim down, get the muscle definition where you can, and love your body because you're in the best shape you can be in!

Just finished up Week 2, Day 2 today. Sent you a request. Anyone else, feel free to add me, the more the merrier (and the more accountability to get off my butt and get out there and move it!!!)

^^^ This!!! I always buy a bunch when it's on sale.

Sitting on the couch New Year's Eve and finding my "fat pants" rather snug, and I really didn't want to go out and buy a ton of new clothing and just adjust to the new size. Started my diet the day after New Year's and working out regularly a month after that.

I like the QuestBar line - they have 2, one uses a small amount of sugar alcohols and the other does not. Chocolate Brownie has been one of my favorites, 170 calories, 24g Carbs (Net 5g Carbs), 19g Fiber, 1g Sugar, and 20g Protein. Only places I can find them is GNC or the Vitamin Shoppe, else I have to buy them online.…

Sent you a request, I'm right at where you are -- Week 2, Day 1 finished yesterday. I track my progress via my phone, and every day I've done it, I've had some improvement in both time & distance. I've never been much of a runner, but I'm certainly trying!!!
