My workout would have to be from track. The lunges, the 21s, the miles, the stairs. I remember the first few days my friend and I would go home and sit on the floor and just not move cause we were so sore. But in the last week those planks got me. My abs still hurt by the ribs, they are tender to the touch.

Depending on your campus, do you log in everytime you walked from one class to the other? Or from one side to the other? Etc? I do it to a certain extent. I'll eat less during the day to save up calories to drink a bit. Usually I don't drink too much though.

Sorry, but you just mistated what a binge is. It's defined as :A period of excessive or uncontrolled indulgence in food or drink. He may be eating a high calorie amount in a shorter period of time, but as it's controlled (under a certain amount of calories and such) it is not a binge. It's a different style of eating.

I honestly think it's up to you. If you find that you are hungry eat some of them back. If you don't feel hungry, don't eat them. if you find yourself feeling weak start eating them back. That's probably not very helpful. I'm sorry!

I hope you do not let the '2 pounds' get you down. You know there's no possible way that that 2 pounds is real weight (fat) because you aren't eating enough food to gain weight! Can't wait! This is going to be fun. I'm going to recheck to see if I'm friends with everyone. It's been hectic and mostly everyone requested me. Can't wait to start this thing. I know we aren't reporting weights for the challenge itself but I think I'm going to make a goal weight for myself, if there are no rejections?

Well, few days later.. my yesterday was pretty fun! I went out with my friends, had 3 low calorie beers (55 woohoo) and just hung around. Just woke up a bit ago and about to head to the rec to do my Saturday workout. How's everyone else?
