I think I'm becoming a runner. I use to hate it, even when I did track. Now I'm starting to enjoy it. (Although I enjoy it more when my foot doesn't kill every time!)

I'm under the impression that Jillian states that none of these are suppose to be done daily? I'm currently doing 30 Day Shred, and I do it every other day, and do running and such other days.

Yeah, everyone has disappeared. Me included, but I've been swamped with school. It's going to get better for the next week and then I'll have 3 weeks of hell.

I agree with the weight lifting comment. It's helping me shape up nicely. I've lost about half an inch on my thighs in like 2 weeks. (My main concern is my thighs haha) And I've started losing again, not quickly but its going in the right direction.

Besides the medication, how is your nutrition? This can cause you to lose hair very easily. But as soon as your meds put you in the normal range you should be okay.

I am thankful for my mom for always helping me out when I need it. (Which is far too often) I'm going to do some Turbo Jam tonight with a friend. I'll be doing the cardio workout, so it's a lot of punches and kicks :)

Dogs always steal food if they can help it. But this only comes in handy when you drop something on the floor...and apparently when you are trying to lose weight.
