I can't really help you, but I know exactly how you feel, I am stuck at 26 pounds lost, no weight lost in the last 2 months. All we can do I keep going, people tell me, "you didn't gain all the weight at once, you can't expect to lose it all at once." Just keep eating right and exercising, eventually you will see results.…

I do record everything I eat honestly, I eat 1200cal day or less, I have recently added strength training to my exercise routine which includes boxing, elliptical trainer and treadmill. I wonder if I should be eating more lots of days I am only around 800cal.

Same problem here, my first month I lost 20lbs, in the past 3 weeks, nothing. I guess sometimes we just require more patience.

I try to stay away from the creamier dressing, I like the kraft raspberry vinegrette, it has only 2g of fat per tablespoon. Though not much good on a Caesar salad I suppose.

It can be done, with hard work, proper diet. I lost 18 pounds in June. Cutting back on carbs helps too.

I know exactly what you mean, I have lost 18 pounds and only notice a little thinner cheeks, nobody else has noticed that I have lost weight either, I is a little discouraging, but I say as long as the scale keeps going down, eventually it has to be noticeable.
