I must have the thickest skull in American cause I still dont get the eat back the exercise calories but at same time have a deficet for calorie intake. I know MFP has me set at 1200 cal a day. I am also doing Insanity. Just started last week. That is discouraging, your results. I would be frustrated also because the workouts are TOUGH. Please keep us updated on your results. I wont weight until end of this week. Of course I keep thinking there is no way I shouldnt lose but sure your are thinking same thing.
