They are definitely kick-butt workouts. I've been using different ones about once a week- but I'm going to follow the schedule when the weather turns cold and I'm not running outside anymore. Once a week is hard enough, I'm sure 6 days is going to kill me!

It is hard to find the time to do the doubles. I never followed the exact routine- my "double" was always running, swimming, or a different kind of cardio than CardioX. I found that boring- especially if you were doing it 3 times a week!

Done!

Darn it- I thought it was push-up challenge day. I did 150 before I even logged on this morning! All right... 200 squats it is.
-
I never give evil eyes- just a "holy crap, there's actually a guy doing Zumba with us?????" surprised kind of look. But who cares. Once the class gets going everyone is focused on themselves and doesn't look around at anyone else anyways.

Kettlebell is a mix of cardio and weight lifting- I usually put it under strength training. Obviously a HRM is your best bet to see exactly what you burn, but if you have to guess go with strength training.

My husband says he works too many hours to come home and exercise... so I am sneaky about changing our lifestyle. We take lots of walks with the kids, do yardwork, and other things that don't seem like working out. As for the diet- I'm the one who does the grocery shopping and makes our meals. I've been cooking much…

I use mapmyrun- I always used mapmyrun.com before I got a smartphone.

I'm just starting out- mixing in one keetlebell day a week. I have an 8 lb. weight- probably too light but good to start out with!
-
I run 3 times a week, with other cardio or weight days in between. It's important to mix it up!

I'm new to kettlebells and I've been adding a kettlebell workout a week to my normal routine. Thanks for the sample routines! (I'm going to have to look up half of them to know what the heck they are, but it's a great start!) Love the kettlebell- I definitely feel it in the morning!

... and the incline is better for your knees and joints because it cushions more than hitting a flat surface

Berry Chicken Salad at Wendy's- under 400 calories for the large!
-
Barefoot for everything but plyo. I guess I'm more concerned about wearing down the carpet than protecting my feet!

Fun challenge! I'm in!

I'm in! 60 already done with my workout this morning, the rest will come today at work (while in a business suit, no less!)

P90X is awesome for gaining muscle mass- and that sounds like what you want to do. Joining the gym is great if you know what you're going to do when you get there. To just go and use the machines you're most likely not going to get the results you want. You're already accustomed to following a DVD, my advice for you would…

Ear buds drive me nuts. I have a pair of wrap-around headphones that loop over the top of my ears and go around the back. I think I got them at Wal-Mart.

I finished my first round of P90X doubles earlier this summer. I still do a lot of the workouts, but not on a schedule. I do my own hybrid schedule with 3-4 days of P90X weight/plyo/core workouts mixed with running, swimming, and other aerobic exercise. P90X definitely has the best lifting workouts!!

Halfway there! The rest will have to wait until tonight.
-
Ugh, you're crazy. But I'll give it a shot. I'm already scheduled for P90X Chest and Back today, and that's good for 100-150 pushups to start.

We try to eat meals together, but sometimes my recipes take a lot longer to prepare and the kids are too hungry to wait! On those nights they get typical "kid" meals of mac & cheese, chicken nuggets, or grilled cheese sandwiches, but they always have loads of fruits and veggies to eat with their meals too. On the subject…

I love the workouts. I haven't done the whole program through- I get easily bored so I mix it in weekly with P90X and Insanity. I like TurboFire for the cardio, but the weight workouts don't do much for me. I would recommend the program because it's a lot of fun!

You can tryout turbo jam on tumblr gym (google that and you'll get the right address). They have 5 of the turbojam videos online. That's what I use when I'm out of town, but you can use it every day!

My first MFP challenge! I'm in!

Try different brands. The first time I ever had it I hated it. I don't remember the brand, but it was flat and wide and you mixed in the fruit when you opened it. It was NASTY! Yoplait even has a Greek yogurt now- I like theirs or some of the Chiobani.

Definitely take a break from running every other day to give your legs a break. I know some people do run every day, but I figure it's like weight lifting- you never do the same muscle two days in a row! Try biking, swimming, kickboxing, something else on your off days. And your Nike's aren't necessarily the problem. Every…

I wouldn't say shakes are a way to loose weight- my shakes usually end up having more calories than a regular meal! (protein powder, banana, milk, peanut butter= 400+ calories!) But they are good to help rebuild your muscles. And they can be filling for some people, though to me food is way more filling than a glass of…

I liked the weight workouts a lot, and the core, but I wasn't a fan of the cardio/kempo workouts. They just weren't tough enough for me. I'm done with the program but still use the weight routines on a regular basis- I like what they did for me. As for the weight... I never followed the nutrition program and I think that's…

What is the nutrition count for this recipe? Thanks!
