You don't have to eat your exercise calories. It just gives you extra leeway to go over on your calories and if you do you wont gain weight. However, you'll burn more fat it you don't go over on your calories. I would use the calorie tracker more as a guideline. Good Luck! Also, I don't know how many pounds is in a stone…
