Hiya,
I'm Sophie and i have been hovering around this site on the odd occasions but NOW i'm getting too big and want to lose 2 stone soon. I lost 8 stone last year but regained a stone due to letting old habits slip in...well this time i'm on it. Oh and does anyone know if you have to eat your exercise calories, i'm a bit confused about that??

You don't have to eat your exercise calories. It just gives you extra leeway to go over on your calories and if you do you wont gain weight. However, you'll burn more fat it you don't go over on your calories. I would use the calorie tracker more as a guideline. Good Luck! Also, I don't know how many pounds is in a stone but good job losing that 8!0
