  • I posted a question last week regarding calorie counters on treadmills and their accuracy. A number of people responded (thanks), but many said they used a heart monitor instead to get a better calorie count. Any suggestions on a good heart monitor? I have seen them on the web anywhere from $50 to $400 (that includes GPS).
  • I put in 60 min, then a 5 min cool down, but typically I keep it at the same pace.
