Having been down a few, my mini-break had me back up to 179 as of today :(

I'm a general gym workout gal- 1 1/2 hrs cardio, 1/2 hr-1hr machines and free weights. Jogging is not an option for my knee :(

Finally- this group of folks sound just like I feel. I have no idea why disliking how I feel (and, to be honest, look) isn't motivation enough. Thanks for getting us together!
