Question: How often do you repeat the workouts in 7 minutes? I usually stop once I've completed it with like 2 minutes or so to spare.

Surround yourself with people who eat just as healthy as you and it will be easier to keep the lbs off. The exact same thing happened to me. I'm 5'1, I was like 130lbs, got down to 110lbs and then I gained it all back. Whomp whomp. I blame college.

I think level 2 is way harder then level 1. I can do level 1 so easily.
