  • If you don't allow yourself to eat something you enjoy like "sweets" or "chocolate" once in a while your going to crave it and want it even more and you will go on a sugar rampage. My experience allow yourself a small sweet or treat a couple times a week but do stay in your cal and sugar goal. It's possible :0) Good luck!
