Hi! I've been on myfitnesspal for a few months now and have seen some results, but most of the time I have been doing it, I have been on a bet with my sister-in-law to stay off candy, sugar, and sweets. Well the bet is over now {yes, I caved last night
} and now I am worried that I am just going to go on a sugar rampage and eat everything in sight! Do you have any suggestions or advice on curbing your sugar cravings??

Sugar makes you crave sugar, don't eat it. Starving makes you crave sugar, eat little and often of nutrient dense and high protein food0

Don't ever give up the sweets! When you do that you cave in and eat every thing in sight. Try eating dark chocolate. Hershey's makes a special dark bar. The whole bar is 180 calories so it's not to bad! And when you buy chocolate or cookies don't buy a ton of it. If it's in the house you will cave so buy one! And you should be fine. That's what I do. It helps.0

You know when you have just a little sick come up and you end up swallowing it? That's what Hershey's tastes like to me ;x0

Or do what the other person said... But I had a trainer at the gym and she told me to go for the dark chocolate and don't eat a lot of it. And she all so told me don't cut it out! But don't eat it every day. Eat a bar once a week if you really need it. But when your tired you will cave for sweets.0

If you don't allow yourself to eat something you enjoy like "sweets" or "chocolate" once in a while your going to crave it and want it even more and you will go on a sugar rampage. My experience allow yourself a small sweet or treat a couple times a week but do stay in your cal and sugar goal. It's possible :0) Good luck!0
