That's my goal too. I'm 40, only 5'2", I'm just getting started and could use some friends to keep me motivated. I walk, hike, and I'm thinking about starting a 30 day shred. Please add me.

Glad I made you laugh. He did look pretty proud of himself--I think he decided to become my personal trainer. But tonight I crated him before doing day 7. :-) That's great that you are able to move on early. I think I'm good here for a few more days.

Day 6 of level 1 for me. I ate way too much to day at a fourth of July party and really didn't feel like exercising, but figure I did enough damage as it was. It's much easier now than it was. It doens't hurt anymore, even when I forgot to crate the dog first and he ended up sitting on my chest for ab exercises. I guess…

Day 4 for me, and this is the first day it seems to be getting easier. I'm also not too sore the next day anymore.

You're right, I did it again, and I seem less sore than I was. It hurt while I was doing it, but I feel pretty good now. I didn't do well on the arm stuff (a few less reps, a little less range of motion), but I did it, and that's better than not.

I didn't do it yesterday, I'm really sore! Not sure if it was ust the workout, or other stuff I did (pushing my son a hundred times on his bike to help him learn, strawberry picking, etc.).
