Need help reaching my ideal weight. Need to loose about 40lbs. Help me get motavated.

I am 41 years old and living in Texas (Austin Area), married and have no children but a cute as heck Pug named herby the "Love Pug".

    Hi, I'm new too. Just joined today, don't really know what I'm doing. But I need to lose about 40 lbs., also, AND I also have a pretty adorable pug. Motivation is my biggest problem. Oh, and chocolate... but yeah, I guess it's really motivation. :-)
