  • I'm 5'10" currently at 160 pounds. I'd consider myself a medium frame, but at the moment I have no idea what I want my goal weight to be. I always dreamed of being 160, and now i'm there, but now I want to get down to 150. I wish there was just a way to calculate your ideal weight.
  • I did the same thing for a few months! I lost weight at first then I hit a plateau. So now I try and get up to 1100-1200 calories a day, even though it is hard sometimes because i'm not always super hungry. I also switch up my routines at the gym too. I'm in college myself, so I understand it's hard finding time to eat,…
  • I hate red meat now. I eat chicken or fish. The one thing i'm trying to find a substitute for is chocolate, sometimes I crave it so much! But I haven't given in yet :).
  • Ok thanks for the advice! I will change my activity level and that should help :).
  • I tend to go by what the machines say. But it drives me nuts that I cant figure out how many calories I burned doing ab work or lifting weights.
  • Thanks i'll check out the thread. I think it gives me such a high calorie count because i'm so active, but I pretty much have to force myself to get up to 1200. I eat small meals throughout the day, they are just low calorie, but that satisfies me. I never feel terribly hungry or anything. I find when I eat past 1200, like…
  • Yeah I work out about 5 days a week, and I usually do a pretty hard workout. Maybe I set my activity level too high, I set it at moderately active. But even on days I do work out I usually get up to about 1200, and I eat back about half of what I burn. At 1200 calories though i've been losing weight at a pretty decent pace…
  • You're going to love living in your own apartment! I'm going into my senior year and i've loved it every year! I stay so busy throughout the year that I tend to live off of frozen healthy choice meals, light yoplait yogurt, apples, and soup, and vegetables. Oh and peanut butter sandwiches on wheat bread. These are all…

  • Don't worry the same thing happened to me several weeks ago. I was only eating around 800 calories a day and then exercising a ton, but the weight just wouldn't budge. So I just ate normally for a week, and then started eating around 1200 calories a day and I lost four more pounds. I also started switching up my exercise…
  • Thanks for the advice. I've never tried Revabs, but I have tried leg lifts and such. I just had a quick question, with the superman move how long are you supposed to hold the position for? Like 30 seconds at a time?
  • Thanks! I've always wanted to try more exercises with workout balls, i'm definitely going to try some of these.
  • I love peanut butter. I eat an apple with peanut butter pretty much daily!
  • I love this, people that aren't tall never know how you feel! I'm 5'10, currently at 164 pounds. My goal is to get down to 150. It seems so unreal sometimes because I used to weigh over 200 pounds. Now i'm so close to my goal weight but these last few pounds are the hardest to lose! I'm sticking to it though, every pound…
  • Thanks! It's definitely exciting to be at that point! Good luck with the last few pounds! :)
