Does anyone have that one thing they just can't cut out of their diet? Mine is mountain dew, I have to have one everyday right in the middle of the afternoon.

Does anyone feel like MFP tells them to eat too many calorie
It tells me to eat 1500 to lose about 1.5 pounds a week, but I usually only get up to 1100-1200 and that is a lot sometimes. Maybe it's because I just eat a lot of low calorie diet food. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I'm new here!
Hey everyone! This is my first post. I'm looking to lose about 10-15 more pounds and I didn't know if anyone had any suggestions. I eat super healthy, exercise 4 days a week, and drink plenty of water. These last few pounds seem to be the hardest to lose though. Hopefully this site will help :) .
