I'm new here!

Hey everyone! This is my first post. I'm looking to lose about 10-15 more pounds and I didn't know if anyone had any suggestions. I eat super healthy, exercise 4 days a week, and drink plenty of water. These last few pounds seem to be the hardest to lose though. Hopefully this site will help :).

    Welcome! Just be sure to accurately count your calories and stay under your daily goal and those pesky pounds should be gone in no time!
