I'm 5'7'', 137lbs and I try to eat about 1200 calories per day to assure a 500 calorie deficient in my caloric intake according to my BMI.

2 cups baby spinach 1 tbsp honey dijon dressing 1 large boiled egg 3 croutons I eat this most days for lunch and it fills me up if I have this and an apple on the side. Hope this helps! xo
