whats your daily calorie goal?

Hello.....im a 41 year old, 5' 2'' female, currently 206 llbs. Ive been on 1200 cals, since May and have lost 14 llbs.....Ive hit a brick wall and Ive hit a wall, as I have only lost a couple of pounds since the start of the month. I was advised I may need to up my calorie intake, from one of the trainers at my gym.....Im looking for an idea what calories other folk, simular height and weight are doing well on ?
