Crystal Light is just as bad for you as diet soda. All it basically is, is aspartame. There's a Great Value brand that's sweetened with stevia, a natural sweetener. Go for that instead if you want a lower sugar substitute.

Real tea. Diet pop isn't good for you at all. My opinion, try your best to stay away from it. But you should realllly try to make yourself drink more water, you need it. You'll get used to it eventually. :)

I believe everyone deserves a day to eat a little extra & not work out. Especially a break from working out so your body can rest. [: I'm gonna start doing it once a week, for one meal. But nothing too bad.

Awhh. :/ Just keep trying! I always would say I'd stop & it didn't work so well.. at all haha. But I've been doing a lot better with it lately. Just think off all the money you can save & how much better you'll feel. :)

Great resolutions! :) Mine is to continue eating healthier, get better/faster at running & only allow myself to eat out no more than once a week.

If it's in the morning, I'll eat first. Just something small like a fruit, hard boiled egg or bagel. If it's during the day, I work out and then have lunch after, but usually something small such as a vegetable before I start. I've been told that it burns more when you eat after working out. :)

Figure out what kind of breathing is best for you, it makes a huge difference. I used to not run too well outside until I changed my breathing technique, now I do a lot better. Yes it's bad. Aspartame is one of the main reasons. Whenever I want something besides water, I buy Izze. It's sparkling water with fruit concentrates. No added anything. It's really good, you should try it out. :)

I've heard you're supposed to land on the middle of your foot and go right to your toes. That's what I do & I never have any pains. :)

The only time I get annoyed with people saying it is when they know they look good but say they don't/they need to lose more weight just for attention. >< (Referring to SOME people, not everyone.)
