my opinion- I've heard that too much carrageenan, which is in soy milk, isn't too good for you. & I've heard soy can contribute to breast cancer. (what doesn't cause cancer?) I drink no more than a cup a day. I'm pretty sure having that little amount of it isn't gonna hurt. I think it's more of if you drink a ton of it all…

I weigh myself every now and then, probably once a week or every 2 weeks. I'm more concerned about seeing the difference in my body. :)

It's really not a good idea. Even if you do still lose some weight from it, it's not good for your health. You'll lose it a lot easier and keep it off if you eat healthier things. :)

It's definitely worth the money.. If you started eating all natural foods, your body would be a lot healthier and you'd lose a lot of weight. Processed food is horrible for you. eating stuff like that once a week is fine, trust me. i don't eat perfect every single day & i've lost 8 lbs so far in a small amount of time. it's your reward for doing good the rest of the week. =) just try to eat it in moderation when you do have it!

You can go everyday if you want, just do some light cardio for like 2 of the days, maybe just walking on a treadmill. Then you won't exhaust yourself. =) It's good to take a day off from vigorous exercise though!

I hate it! I go over in my sugar a lot.. But when the sugar is natural from fruits, you can have more of it. It's the refined sugar that's the devil. :P

Try out different things, I'm sure you'll find something that isn't boring to you. When you start, have something with a lot of protein in it afterwards because it'll keep you full for a while. :)

You need to workout too. You can lose some weight eating better/less, but you aren't gonna lose a lot or keep it off without working out. There's no guarantee you'll lose 10 lbs, it's just an estimate, everyone drops lbs differently.

It could be a combination of both (if you've been eating differently). But birth control can definitely make you gain weight. I'm stopping mine this month, I hate it.
