Check out juicerecipes.com You can click on "Build Recipe" and it gives you the nutritional information for what you are juicing. It also has an option on the right to switch between juicing and whole fruit in case you are making a smoothie or something similar.

Where did you get this information from?? Sea Salt is still sodium chloride. It is just less refined and stronger in taste, therefore you can use less than you would of normal table salt.

I've only been smoking for about 2 years. Today is the first day I am actually trying to go without a cigarette. I normally don't smoke more than about 4-5 per day anyway... I used to use pure protein. It's a good supplement. Fairly cheap. Lasts a while depending on how much you need throughout the day. And it's great to use in breakfast/snack smoothies.
