  • I hate rock star jumps!!!!! I feel like I have triple gravity weighing me down. Yesterday was my first day of L3 and I felt it today.
  • I have no idea what day I'm on, but I started L3 today so I'm putting myself here. I hate rock star jumps! I do not feel like a rock star.

  • I'm still dragging in on Tuesday for day 19

  • I'm on day 18 thanks to an exhausting cold.
  • Day 18 done. Those V raises are so much easier after a day off.

  • Still dragging in at Day 17. I'm in no rush for L3!

  • Done for me. I'm finally winning the war over my cold.

  • Feel free to add me. I would love to say that I could be 10 pounds lighter, but it's more trouble that I can do right now and I just don't think that's the weight my body wants to be. My goal is to tone (and therefore be smaller) and not be so squishy. And, like you said, gauge by how my clothes fit.
  • Anita was my friend tonight. I still have a cold (no sinus stuff, just a small cough, chills, and super tired) but I made it through.

  • Finished day 13. Skipped yesterday because of a cold. It has sucked the energy completely out of me.

  • I'll count today at day 12. I missed Friday and went to Pilates Thursday. No cardio in pilates but there were lots o' abs and lots o' planks, planks and more elbow planks.

  • Ah, missed the fasting part. Still agree mammalammaz.
  • That volume of blood is nothing. Some people just don't react well to having blood drawn. I'm not saying it's in your head though, it can be a true physical response to having blood drawn. But like the prior post said, see how you feel when you start moving.
  • I'll see you all on Level 2! But I'll probably go to Pilates tomorrow. L2 can wait till Friday.

  • Yeah! I finally used heavier weights for a couple of things!

  • I managed to get today's done in the afternoon, as opposed to 9 at night, while my daughter was watching Backyardigans (if you've seen the show, the theme song is now stuck in your head). Her show finished first before I was done. It was very funny to watch a 3 year old try to figure out how to do the bicycle crunches.

  • I agree. Supposedly, Shred is supposed to be done 4-6 times a week, but still for a full 30 days, which means the cycle would extend for longer than a month. I don't necessarily follow that last part so I can stick with challenges like this. I did pilates one night and an hour long bike ride another day and skipped Shred…
  • Sounds like everyone is making/feeling great progress. Day 7 done. I'm "enjoying" Level 1 while I can because I know what L2 will bring!

  • Does anyone know what it's like? Killer Buns and Thighs aggravated my already aggravated back, so I'd love to hear what it like before buying. But then I never would have guessed that KBT would have been a problem.
  • UP is ulcerative proctitis. I just listed Ulcerative colitis and proctitis together since the posts seemd to be by illness/disorder.

  • Same as you have already heard. Breastfeeding, be fit before you are pregnant, and stay active while pregnant. I did lots of Pilates before pregnancy and as much as I could during and that helped a lot. I didn't feel extra hungry while pregnant, just added some extra yogurt and fruit, but breastfeeding made me super-hungry.
  • Day 3 done. I can definitely feel the heavier weights this go-round.

  • I just joined in and added mine. I'll try (again) to remember to weigh myself tomorrow morning. I didn't do bust measurement because if it gets any smaller I don't want to know!
  • Day 2 was yesterday for me. This time around I'm using 3 and 5 lb weights. MUCH harder than the soup cans I used last time around. I can feel it in my arms.

  • I did L2 last night. I can't say it wan an intense session because I kept looking at the screen thinking "I'm supposed to do what?"
  • I just keep to the beginner version on the judo bridge and try to keep good, tight (tummy & butt) form. And that plank-kick thing, yeah, I have no idea where my leg is going back there.
  • Heart rate monitor Does a knife sharpener count? Better to cut your veggies with!
  • I agree, the chair pose is the worst!. I had done these before in Pilates, but never on one leg. That changes everything. I'm not getting to workout as often as I'd like so I'm probably still on day 5.
  • Day 3 - a little bit easier now. Although, I need to find an alternative to the plank-to-squat. For some reason this aggravates my already aggravated back.
