Alternate between ice and a heating pad. 20 min of each should make your back feel better. Dont leave it on for too long otherwise you may damage the nerves.

:drinker: The one armed curl up seems to be doing it for me! Haha no but really, I bought the "Beverly Hills" something or other. It has yoga, pilates, general streching and one called brand new butt. I can only do about 20 min of the brand new butt, its really kicks mine! It seems to be working though.

Im a day time vegetarian. Ha! I know that sounds insaine but the way I look at it is I can eat vegetarian during the day and then not have to worry so much about what I make for dinner at home with my family.
