I looked at your diary. I think you need to stay away from all the processed breads and granola bars. They will only temporarily fill you up. I try to eat as "clean" & natural as possible. It really does make a difference in energy and how long I stay full.

I can handle working out at night. I am just unmotivated to go after a long day. But once I work out, I am good to go. It actually gives me energy and makes it hard to sleep.

I have not done either, but my manager has done the South Beach Diet. I think the south beach diet is a good one because you are basically retraining your body what you should and shouldn't eat. I think 180 is okay for your body type. Honestly, as long as you are happy and healthy I think that is all that really matters. The purpose should be to lead a healthy lifestyle...not to fit into some ideal range that is almost impossible for the majority of the population nowadays. Keep up the good work!

It is happening to me too! My theory is that our tummys (or whatever body part) was stretched out so much that you couldn't see the stretch marks. So now that you are getting smaller....the fat behind the skin is shrinking so your skin doesn't have to stretch as much. Since it isn't stretching..you notice the marks.
