  • I completed the 30 Day Shred in Feb. I hated it. I could feel my muscles being worked but got no results. Nothing was firmer, and I gained 3lbs (and it wasn't muscle).

  • I've been on it for 4 years. 1500mg. I never got sick on it. I do however get crazy diarhea (TMI) if I eat a lot of junk/sugary foods. I take 1 pill in the morning with breakfast and 2 at bedtime.
