I had a similar problem! For me it seemed like everything was extra salty and a couple of times I had a stomachache. I took it as a sign (good sign) that whatever it was I had, I should back off! There are a ton of other choices, it is just part of the journey to figure out which choices are right!

I'm down 2 pounds since last week, we have had a lot of rain (everyday) so I have been in the gym on the treadmill instead of outside. I guess this is the jolt I needed! :bigsmile: I do my kettle bell workout this afternoon, the flappy arm skin is starting to bug me!

I have given up almost all fast foods. I'm starting to cook much more this gives me much more control on what my intake is! The funny thing is after all these years of bad habit eating, they only place I miss is Chick-fil-a :tongue:

I agree with reen62 you need about 6-8 ft. I really like the Wii Zumba. I am not the best dancer and do not get every step right, but I think as long as you are moving everything in the right directions it works! I know I'm sweating and gasping at the end LOL! It really is a lot of fun:happy:
