I dont think you should be down on yourself at all :) and 85 lbs lost is very impressive. If you dont mind my saying I think you look great :D keep doing what youre doing and do some weight training, itll help that loose skin problem you have

Its like on my lower leg on the inner shin side. Also my ankles kinda hurt. Its seems like a muscle related issue so maybe that recovery week is there for that very reason. I try very hard to keep perfect form, and ive been doing it well till the leg pain. Now Im doing less.

I feel your pain dude, i love me some soda lol. But all diet sodas usually have a lot of sodium and aspartame which are both bad for you.

this weekend was a kinda cheaty weekend, the first one ive had since starting insanity 3 weeks ago. Ill be back on track tommorrow

I definitely feel better, as for the clothes, its slightly better, i supposedly lost 1 inch off waist and hip and .5 off neck. Im doing insanity and swimming as excersise and soon ill do weights

Im going to college in august as well, and am trying my dam hardest to lose as much as possible. Im currently pushing my way through the insanity workout which is great and using this site. If you have the money, getting insanity or p90x will help you out a lot. Im only in my 1st week and feel like i am already getting…

Im overweight and wanna lose as much as i can before i start college, which i only have 2 months till. 15 weeks is a good amount of time to lose. I just started the insanity workout program and its only been 4 days and i feel so much better, i know i will see some change in a month or so, so you should try that or the less…

definitely, but Because of insanity i feel like i have much more endurance after just 4 days :) its working well

oh and sometimes i have no choice but to eat ramen but i was wondering, if i do eat ramen without the broth (which i always do) is it better sodium wise?

hey thanks everyone, and half a gallon of water is 8 cups :) but yea i guess all i can do is look for low sodium stuff.
