Progresso has 'light' soups and if you have an entire can, it's only about 140-170 calories, depending on which flavor you get. Might be a good 11am meal.

My goal is to eat 1200 calories and I do everything I can to get there but most days I don't. I don't eat back the calories burned from excerise, I just have those as a bonus. I drank water for the first time in forever yesterday - I had 80oz all day - maybe it was water weight?

I usually just grab a packet of instant Oatmeal. I keep paper cups and plastic spoons at my desk so it's easy and quick. Depending on what flavor you choose a packet has between 130-160 calories and because it's higher in fiber - you feel full longer :)
