Unlikely... You're most likely showing a 'gain' on the scale because you started strength training just a week ago. Muscles retain water to repair themselves. Stop weighing yourself everyday (if it freaks out out and you jump to conclusions). Give these changes a little time to start to work in your favor on the scale....

If your third flatmate has the same concerns, maybe the two of you can sit her down and tell her how uncomfortable their presence makes you, and that she needs to either a) go home with these guys instead of bringing them into your home, or b) she should consider moving out if she's going to insist on letting them stay…

Yes, I'm in Michigan, so I try to make the best of it. Ice fishing is fun (with a shanty, a heater and something good to drink) and although I don't ski, I discovered 'tubing' last winter which is a blast! Driving in it sucks though...its like everyone forgets how to drive for the first snowfall or two...:mad:

Nope...my husband had a dog when I met him, so he was a big believer in putting the toilet seats and lids down at all times. We both still do this, even though the dog has been gone for several years now.

In general, I like long island iced teas (when made right...meaning not too much sour mix), but right now, I'm torn between my newest loves....Rum Chata and Jack Daniels Tennessee Cider (a seasonal thing)...both are delicious! :drinker:

It could just be hormonal...women 'cycle' hormonally ALL month (not just the week you might think). I'd say give it a few more days to see if it changes. Consider a multi-vitamin too (if you aren't already taking one).

Short hair is best and most stylish when its got a great shape! Go to a good hair stylist and make sure its someone who knows how to do great cuts and who can give you advice based on your face shape, etc.. The most awesome thing about hair is that it always grows back! I say go for it! :drinker:
