Gained about 5 pounds so far on my bulking/reverse diet journey. My work pants already don't fit anymore. Feeling annoyed because I've only increased my calories from about 1350 to 1700. I guess that's what I get for eating super low cal for the past few years.

Update - I hired an online coach to help give me some peace of mind since this is my first bulk. Well it has been 5 weeks so far and she has not increased my calories at all because she is still seeing "how these macros affect my weight." I am still the same 125 pounds as when I first started. Bulking fail!

I am just now starting my first bulk. Planning to slowly gain through the end of April. I have been maintaining on 1400-ish calories for the longest time. So ready for more food!
