Maybe I should have said without the chemical additives and fillers, i.e., aspartame, sucralose, modified whatever or enriched whatever. I know they say small amounts is harmless, but what if you consume 2 to 3 protein drinks a day?

Does the workout incorporate other body parts in the program or is it strictly legs and glutes?

How long are the workouts -- average length? NROLFW got a little too complicated -- not complicated but too many variations. I like stronglifts because it's sweet and simple. Thanks.+

There is a documentary out there, I don't remember the name but it was admitted that HFCS and other GMO's were intentionally put into foods because they knew that people would become addictive to it and buy more. Same here. I deloaded from 100lb squats down to 80 and my husband was great at helping me get my form. He also helped me get correct form on my bench press. First doms since starting this program.

Dani, as for the flashes, it's a process of elimination. I found reducing bread (wheat products) soft drinks (don't do those except when I must have a shot of Crown Royal and can't do it straight I need that Pepsi) sugar and coffee helps me tremendously.
