Deadlift; Romanian, straigh leg, which is better or your preference

NonGMO Whey Protein not costing out the *kitten*
Does anyone know where to purchase a quality whey protein that's not the cost of a mortgage...lol. It's a shame that we have to pay such high prices to NOT consume chemicals. The ones I've seen are extremely expensive and once you do purchase them they are only half way full.

Supreme 90 Day I'm cheap

No DOMS since starting program...but
I have not experienced any DOMS since I began this program and did workout 24B today. But Monday, I did a circuit workout and my *kitten* was sore. It consisted of 3 circuits and various exercises. The weights were lighter so why did I get sore with the lighter weights and more reps but have not felt any muscle soreness…

Starting Strengths over my head
I finally purchased the book and is it me or what but I find there are so many parts that are just soooo technical that I feel I need to have a physics degree to understand some of -- a lot of the book so I just look at the pictures or read the parts I do understand. I get lost and bored.

Glutes are big enough
I am doing the 5x5 and I don't want my glutes to get any bigger. And since I have been going heavier on squats (up to 95lbs), will increasing the weight make my glutes (butt) bigger? HATE Lunges need alternative
Okay, I have knee issues. I am surprised I can do 70 lb squats and 60 deadlifts. I am in Stage 1 going on my 3rd week. I refuse to go any higher in weight with the lunges because it feels like my knee is going to be compromised. Any opinion on not going down as deep on lunges?
